I grew up in Hampton Roads and moved back here after completing my graduate studies in California. As an agent who's a local expert, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate specific to this area. I have a full-time Operations Manager (licensed Realtor) who works closely with every client until we are under contact, a dedicated Transaction Coordinator who walks every file from contract-to-close, and a Relationship Manager to ensure your experience is enjoyable. My system is fine tuned to prevent things from falling through the cracks.

As the 3rd generation Interior Designer, I learned early on how to make any home look its best and my stats speak for themselves. My homes average 8 days on market and my list price to sales price ratio is 101.2%. On the buyer side, I prepare my buyers to compete for the best homes starting with a thorough Buyer Consultation. Every client I choose to work with begins their process with a detailed understanding of what to expect every step of the way. By trouble shooting in advance and preparing clients with knowledge about when a transaction is most likely to experience turbulence, they are armed with information and never blind-sided. (This helps me have a low fall through rate.) From start to finish, I take great pride in creating a superior client experience.
