About Kelly DeLucia

Having lived and traveled all over the country, I know the difference between a house and a home. Whether you are buying or selling, I know that home is precious to to every client. I want to make each experience as forgettable as possible. Yes I said FORGETTABLE. I had a very special agent handle the purchase of my first home and I hardly remember any of the process. That's because she took care of everything for me and made it a flawless, "forgettable" buying experience. You can be sure I remember the superior service though! Every client deserves to have a buying or selling experience like mine, remembering the great service and forgetting the rest.


I grew up in Hampton Roads and moved back here after completing my graduate studies in California. As an agent who's a local expert, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate specific to this area. I average about 50 personal transactions a year (including referrals), so I have the negotiating skills to get my clients to the finish line. My staff is my pride and joy. I have a full-time Operations Manager (licensed Realtor) who works closely with every client until we are under contact, a dedicated Transaction Coordinator who walks every file from contract-to-close, and a Relationship Manager to ensure your experience is enjoyable. My system is fine tuned to prevent things from falling through the cracks.


On the seller side, I believe that all sellers need to do is make their house stand out from the competition. To me, that just means the proper pairing of price and condition. As the 3rd generation Interior Designer, I learned early on how to make any home look its best and my stats speak for themselves. My homes average 8 days on market and my list price to sales price ratio is 101.2%. On the buyer side, I prepare my buyers to compete for the best homes starting with a thorough Buyer Consultation. Every client I choose to work with begins their process with a detailed understanding of what to expect every step of the way. By trouble shooting in advance and preparing clients with knowledge about when a transaction is most likely to experience turbulence, they are armed with information and never blind-sided. (This helps me have a low fall through rate.) From start to finish, I take great pride in creating a superior client experience.
